Prayer Needs

1. Pray for the people of Chad and Sudan. Sudan is coming out of more than 20 years of civil war and the conflict in Darfur continues. There is much political unrest in Chad. Pray for peace. Pray for the Lord to raise up missionaries to go to serve and bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them. Only 6% of missionaries go to Islamic countries.
2. Pray for our CEF missionaries in Chad.
3. Pray for the Lord to supply needed funds to complete our work. The foundation is supported by individuals with a heart to help the people of Sudan and Chad.
4. Pray for the onging construction of the hospital compound in Chad. There is great difficulty in obtaining needed supplies and to finding skilled workers. The weather is hot and frequently very windy making construction difficult for the workers.
5. Pray for the board of CEF to be humble servants who submit to the Lord to do His work His way. Pray for wisdom. Pray for unity with our partner groups - PCC and CMA. Pray that all we do will be to the glory of God.
6. Pray for the ongoing work at Werkok in Sudan with our partners - PCC and CMA. Pray for Dave Mueller and his family, PCC missionaries there.
7. Pray for the children of Africa. Almost 30,000 children younger than 5 die each day, mostly of preventable or treatable diseases.
8. Pray that the light of Jesus Christ will shine brightly in this dark part of the world and people will be drawn to Him.
9. Pray for all the missionaries in foreign lands doing God's work.
10. Pray for our churches and Christians here to wake up and see the need of the lost and fallen world around them.
